ran 5k on the treadmill at 1839 pace, went out with Suzanne ran 1 mile with her than four miles at 7:40 pace 1 mile easy back in for a total of 9that is 40 miles for the week feel good about today's run because my speed work on Wednesday was not as strong as I would have liked I did three quarter of a mile at 5:18 pace struggling the last quarter got my 1.5 and 2 kilometer workout in at pace but did not have the energy to do the quarters at the end

Ran 2 miles on treadmill at 5:52 pace.  Felt strong through out and could have gone further (.50/.50/.50/.50 also).  4 more miles on road after some basketball.  Right calf got progressively sore on run...had felt fine during treadmill miles.

Did the 2 mile speed workout for 5:52 pace on Wednesday.  Got it all in
